THE PLACE

Château Les Carrasses occupies an overhanging 80 hectare site, with breathtaking views of vineyards, olive groves and forests, it is an ideal place for a walk, a bike ride or a run along the paths.

THE AROMATIC GARDEN

Behind  the  Greenhouse,  our gardener has  planted a  pretty aromatic path where  the  Chef  comes  picking its fresh herbs and aromatics for the restaurant's dishes.

THE GREENHOUSE

In the main courtyard is a magnificent glass orangery, the Serre, which is rumored to have been designed by Gustave Eiffel. This magnificent structure is the perfect place to relax with a book or magazine when the weather is cooler.
