Description

The restaurant at the Hôtel Richer de Belleval, a magnificent 17th-century house located on the heights of the city, is run by Jacques and Laurent Pourcel. The cuisine of the Montpellier twins is a classic cuisine with a creative touch that has made their reputation thanks to the imposing ceiling frescoes. It is thought out down to the smallest detail and meticulously executed. Such a score would not have been appreciated by Richer de Belleval, botanist and founder of the Jardin des Plantes de Montpellier.
