Description
The priory of Saint Jean de Bébian is a unique domain. Located halfway between the town of Pézenas and the small village of Nizas, it is a real haven of peace in the middle of the vineyards. The estate is one hectare surrounded by basalt walls and consists of a gourmet restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Matthieu de Lauzun.
